Laju44 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the laju44 platform by all users in Malaysia.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the laju44 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please stop using the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms is deemed to occur automatically when you:
- Creating a new account on laju44;
- Making any deposit or financial transaction;
- Using any game, betting service, or other service provided; or
- Continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these terms takes effect.
Laju44 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page, and users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of laju44 services, you are required to register a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. laju44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents as part of the account verification process.
Account-related conditions:
- Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts concerned;
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use this platform;
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential;
- Any activity that takes place under your account is considered your own action;
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the laju44 support team immediately.
Laju44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a laju44 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the laju44 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorised access to platform data;
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties;
- Attempting to cheat, exploit, or abuse the bonus, promotion, or winnings system;
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
- Disrupting the normal operation of the laju44 platform or servers through any technical means.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where necessary, legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the laju44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). laju44 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are charged to users.
Terms relating to deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected;
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account that has passed identity verification. laju44 reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value withdrawals;
- Laju44 reserves the right to suspend or block withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms;
- All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the specific terms of each promotion before claiming a bonus;
- Laju44 is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. Any transaction failures resulting from incorrect information are entirely the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Laju44 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability of its services. laju44 shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server downtime, or any issues beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Laju44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse;
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe;
- A voluntary request by the user to close their account.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the laju44 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of laju44 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The laju44 platform may include integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. laju44 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
